A Little Holiday Writing.
Well so far the holidays have been not that good because of the weather. If only the weather was good it would have been fine. But anyways these holidays I am really looking forward to spend time with family and friends. I really want to make the most of these holidays. This is only the first day of the holidays and I miss school already! Missing all my friends and all the teachers and all our great memories we've all made in term 1. Hopefully the weather is better tomorrow and happy Easter holidays everyone. :)

Term 1 Reflection
Term 1 Reflection 2014
My highlights this term would have to be: Going down to Tamaki College for P.E. I really miss going there because our tutors were like the best tutors ever and all the activities and games we played was really enjoyable and fun. We have a lot of memories and happy ones too. Our groups name was the Assassins.
I have made improvements/progress in: I probably made improvement in my writing I think. Because I’ve learnt lots of new and different effective vocabulary and I’ve learnt how to make my writing better.
I know this because: Sometimes I write down what comes to my head and then I go back a fix some words to more effective vocab. Or I just go and conference with my teacher and she tells me what I need to fix and then I come back and fix my work.
I still need to work hard to improve my Reading and writing.
I know this because everytime I get my report my reading is below or under the level I’m supposed to be reading at. My writing relates to that too.
I am most proud of my efforts to do my maths work and individual work because I always get it done in time.
My 3 main goals for Term 2 will be:
1. Not be in detention,
2. Get all of my work done,
3. Don’t miss a day of school.
Six Sentence Story :)
Once upon a time there lived a crazy and loud girl. Her name was Porscha Webster and she lived in Pamnure. Her attitude was really different when it came to playing Netball, she would always get mental and she would get angry at anyone who would miss the ball. She had a big problem with her school work because she was playing to much sports and her work was not good. She felt really disappointed when she found out that her work wasn't that good. So she had a talk with her teacher and her mother and then she decided to play less sports and focus on her work.

Fiafia Reflection
Tongan girls fia fia from Team 5 PES on Vimeo.
Well fiafia was amazing last night. We all really performed our best last night. The group I was in for fiafia was the Tongan senior girls group. Our tutor was Prisilla. I would really like to say a big thank you to her for taking her time to teach us a traditional tongan dance and for making us perform our best last night. I also want to thank all the parents for doing their food stalls. Even though I didn’t get to eat any of the food, I heard that they were all delicous!
I felt really nervous to perform our dance in front of a lot of people, but when it came to performing it was actually not that bad. We all did a great job of smiling and doing our actions perfectly. I also felt scared that my costume might fall off while were doing our dance but it was actually a successful performance. I was really happy because we all remembered everything that our tutor told us to do when we perform our dance!
My highlight from last night was performing and watching the other groups. We really performed our best and heart out. We all remembered to smile through the whole dance and it was really amazing. I really enjoyed watching the senior Samoan group. They really rocked the stage with their awesome dance because they were just all coping well and performing their hearts out.
Fiafia was just so amazing I just cant explain how awesome it was. We all had a successful night performing all our dances we practiced and prepared for last night. Seeing all my friends performing with a lot of enthusiasm was a big change because I’ve never seen them like that before and they've never been like that in front of me!

Six Sentence Story (Buddy Writing)
Once upon a time there lived a girl named Porscha Webster. She lived in Glen Innes, with her brothers and sisters. She was very good at Netball, she was better than me. Apparently she had a problem because ever time she gets excited she starts hitting people. She had a mental problem, so she had a chat with her mother and Porscha took her mom's advice and she fixed her problem by going to the community council.
