Today we wrote a different kind of story. Each line was written by a different person and no one knew what anyone else had written. Here is my story!
I can see lots of people.
I am with my friend.
I can hear Santa climbing down the chimney.
I can smell KFC.
I am in school.
I am swimming.

Ice cream comets
1) Hook
2) First that happened
3) Second thing that happened
4)third thing that happened
5) Conclusion
Have you ever made ice cream comets before? Well we have and I am going to tell you all about it.
On Tuesday the first of November our class, room fifteen, made ice cream comets. Mr Marks got a medium sized bag and put heaps of biscuits in it and smashed it, crushed it and bashed it. When he was done smashing, it really started to look like dust. The smashed biscuit ended up looking like a crumbling mess.
After that Mr Marks gave all of us a cone. He got his ice cream scoop and started scooping. When he scooped some on to mine I excitedly ran to the smashed biscuits and dunked my ice cream in. I was going to eat it but then I looked at it and it really looked gross.
It really looked like dust of the ground. The good thing is I started to eat with out thinking its gross. When my ice cream was finished I really was scavenging for more.
I really enjoyed making ice cream comets it was so much fun. It was really tasty. Next time if we make ice cream comets I really hope that Mr Marks can scoop a big one for me.

Term 4 Immersion Assembly!
I am going to tell you all about our term four immersion assembly. Our topic is Outta this World. Guess what we are learning about this term? We are learning about space.
The first performance was team one. There one was all about the sun. What I liked about it was the song in the background and how they twirled with the yellow sheet.
After that it was team two. Miss Glaze, Miss She, Mrs Tuala and this other teacher were space robots. The funny thing was Miss She had her robot head facing to the other side and her head facing straight.
Team four sang twinkle twinkle little star, and some ballerinas were dancing to the song. Mr Marks was one of them and he was pretty good. Ms Squires was very good.
Mr Burt told us a story about Maui. The story was that Maui went to his great great great great grandmother and she gave him a very special necklace. With that necklace he put blood on it and went fishing with it and hooked up a big fish. I am really wanting to know how hot is Mercury.

Best thing I've done this term!
The best I’ve done this term is art with Miss Muliaumaseali’i. Miss Muliaumaseali’i is a very lovely and kind teacher. Art really means alot to me.
Yesterday we done art and we had to draw John key, a rugby player, and famous people. I drawed John key, Piri weepu, Keri hilson, Beyonce and Taniela moa. I drawed Taniela moa because he plays for Tonga and he is a really good player esspecially Piri weepu.
I really enjoyed art this term. Next term if we do art I hope we will draw something that we like the most. I would love to be an artist.

Aussie Rules
Guess what we have beeGuess what we have been doing this term? Well almost every week we have been playing a game that includes a little rugby ball and is different from rugby. We have been learning the skills required to play Aussie rules.
It is essential that you have to four gold posts in Aussie rules. Lases were stitched on to the rugby ball so it can stay together.
It was awkward practicing the bounce. When I bounced the ball it was unpredictable because it bounced to the other side.
What I enjoyed the most was the pass. I enjoyed the pass because it was lots of fun and it was unexpected.n doing this term? Spectacular New Zealand
The Rugby World Cup is bringing lots of tourists to New Zealand, but there is more here than just a cup!
We have indigenous people in our country which is the Maori. Some of us are different cultures.
There are unique animals in New Zealand. Unique animals can be seen by other people in the country.
So if you are here to see some of the 48 World Cup Rugby Games, remember to also take time out to inspect more of our stunning country.

My Cushion Design
The picture on my design is my first name and two hearts. We paint it on paper to have a practice. I would like to change the dark blue to a baby blue. My next step is to paint it on a white cotton.

My Holiday In Sydney
In my holidays my mum and I went to Sydney and my family there was so surprised. When we got to the airport I couldn't wait to see my cousins. Getting to my aunties house I hopped out of the van and ran to see if my cousins were home, but when I opened the door and checked if they were there, my auntie said “they have gone to school”.
I was so bored, I went to the lounge and I took a nap. Waking up from that good nap I met with my cousins and my mum’s brother came with his two sons and their names are Rodney and Joe. Rodney is eighteen and Joe is sixteen. They both go to the same college and it is called Oatley Campus. They have to wear a suit and a church kind of looking pants. My cousin Victoria and I always take them to school every morning and they train back after school. When they get back home I always want to play with them, but they always talk in their room. It’s always boring when they do that so I just watch t.v in their room. Sometimes when I am watching television they fight or change the channel and they also annoy me. Most of the time they tell me to make them a cup of tea which makes me so angry.
On Sunday we went to church and when we got inside their church it was very small. Their church finished at midnight and every week after church we always go to my uncles house and eat there with a few of our family. After that we play cards while my mum, auntie, uncles talk.
I really enjoyed my time in Sydney and I hope to go back very soon.

Scary Camp!
This morning was so exciting because year 5 and 6 had their camp. When I went to sleep last night I was just thinking about camp and my mind was just saying camp 4 times. I think that sleeping with Ane will be cool. The first thing we done was that we went to a swimming pool at Panmure. When we got there we had to watch the people that can swim well challenging each other. After that we went and had a swim. We had to stay there until it was 1:00’clock. After 1:00’clock we went and hopped on our bus to go back to school. When we got back to school we got our bags and went to our tents excitedly. Miss.Garden said that we had to go to our tents and make our bed beautiful. Then we had our afternoon tea. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!!
Feelings
I felt happy when school started and when i found out that Mr.Marks was my teacher.
I felt sad when school finished at 3 a clock.
I felt the best when i was in rm 15.
I felt nervous when it the first day of school.
I felt funny because Mr.Marks kept on getting our names wrong.

Racing To Bases
When we were on our way to play baseball we were so excited that we wanted to play straight away with-out practising. Our coach was a professional baseball player and his name was Cola. There are 4 types gear that we played baseball with and they are called bats, bases, baseballs and gloves.
I felt very nervous when we had our first practice. Getting to practice every Thursday I feel very happy. Feeling very happy makes me proud of myself.
When I hit the ball I run as fast as I can to the bases. Finally getting to the third base I had butterflies in in my stomach. Running is so hard but when I ran I made a home run!

Powerful and intense quake
The whole centre of Christchurch was demolished by a powerful and intense quake. Buses were demolished like they were blown up. The cars were destroyed and squashed by rubble. Houses and the cathedral in Christchurch collapsed on people while they were having lunch.

Trying To Stand On My Surfboard
In the holidays my family, my church members and I, went to Eastern Beach. When we first got there we sat on a mat and started eating. What we were eating was watermelon and some other healthy stuff. I was so full after I had eaten. After lunch I decided to go for a swim with my surf board! On the way getting into the water it was freezing cold. The beach we went to didn’t have many waves. I wish it had so that I could have stood up on my surf board and surfed! Well I cant surf. I could try next time.
